Dr. Goodless is a board-certified dermatologist and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He originally worked in South Florida, and then in Malaysia before returning to Florida. He has practiced in Central Florida since 1998.
With over 25 years of clinical experience treating skin diseases, Dr. Goodless has had the opportunity to diagnose and treat all sorts of skin problems. He has served as principle or sub-investigator on over a dozen FDA clinical drug trials, including several for drugs, which are now on the market. Dr. Goodless has written books on Psoriasis and Acne diet issues for patients (available at Amazon.com).
Dr. Goodless received his medical degree from the University of Miami. Postgraduate training included an internship at University of Florida and a second year of internal medicine residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. He completed his dermatology training in the three-year dermatology residency program at University of Miami School of Medicine and was subsequently certified (and recertified multiple times) by the American Board of Dermatology.
Dr. Emily Arsenault was born in Miami, Florida. Upon entering her undergraduate training at the University of Miami, Dr. Arsenault was invited to attend the prestigious Honors Program in Medicine. She successfully completed this rigorous program and earned her Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Medicine.
After achieving her Doctorate, Dr. Arsenault finished her medical internship at the Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence, Rhode Island. She then went on to complete her training in Dermatology at Boston University.
Throughout her training, Dr. Arsenault has been involved in both research and patient care. She has presented her work numerous times at national meetings for Dermatologists and Dermatologic Surgeons. Dr. Arsenault is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and has earned the distinction of being Board Certified in Dermatology.
To have accomplished all this by such an early age is a testament to Dr. Arsenault’s keen mind and determination. Beyond this, Dr. Arsenault is a wonderfully caring physician who takes the practice of medicine to heart. Her kind and personal style is the reason that she has been voted “Best Dermatologist” in the Bradenton Herald’s Peoples Choice Award for the last 9 years.
Dr. Conor Patrick Dolehide specializes in general, pediatric, and surgical dermatology. He grew up on the South Side of Chicago, where he attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory School, before briefly pursuing a career as a pilot at the United States Air Force Academy.
After two years, he transistioned out of the military to complete his pre-medical degree at prestigous Northwestern University. He then completed eight years of training at the world-renowned Rush University Medical Center, including medical school, internship, and a residency in dermatology. During his final year at Rush, Dr. Dolehide served as a chief resident while completing a master’s degree in clinical research.
Dr. Dolehide then continued his training at Florida State University, where he completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology. His fellowship training included reconstructive surgery training under the guidance of a plastic surgeon.
Danialy Santiago is the Practice Manager of Goodless Dermatology. In addition to management, her additional responsibilities include billing, insurance renewals, employee policies and procedures, protocol implementation and training. She has been an integral part of incorporating Electronic Medical Records for the practice.
Danialy graduated from Salter College in Worcester, Mass in 2006 with dual Certificates in both Billing and Coding and Medical Assistant. She is always seeking to stay current and gaining the most up-to-date knowledge and is a member of several associations. Danialy most recently became a member of ADAM (Association of Dermatology Administrators & Managers). She has maintained membership with AAPC, (American Academy of Professional Coder) and has received her certification for Certified Medical Assistant by Florida Society of Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery. Danialy brings with her an impressive 15 years administrative experience and has served as group liaison for creating and maintaining exemplary rapport with providers, staff and patients alike.
Danialy is Native to Puerto Rico and was raised in Framingham, Massachusetts. She and her family moved to Central Florida in 2010. In her free time, Danialy enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying road trips, traveling, shopping and sandy beaches. She also enjoys volunteering at her children’s schools both in the academic and sports settings.
Stephanie is a Registered Medical Assistant and is certified by Florida the Society of Dermatology and Dermatological Surgery. She received her certification from Everest University in Orlando in 2011.
Stephanie has been in the Dermatology field for over 2 years and is passionate about helping patients and providing exceptional care.
Desiree Santos is a licensed esthetician with over 5 years of significant achievements, while working at Goodless Dermatology.
Desiree is a graduate from Celebration High School and she also completed her State of Florida Licensed Skin Care and Body Wrapping studies and recently earned the Certificate of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery‐Medical Assistant.
Desiree is fluent in English and Spanish and a multitasker. In addition to the esthetics treatments, Desiree is responsible for reaching out to patients to verify account information; greeting patients warmly and assisting patients with problems.
She is an active member of The Esthetics Association of Florida and in the past she also volunteered at the Celebration Hospital and the SPCA Orlando, Florida.
Nathalie is nationally certified by the National Healthcare Association as a Clinical Medical Assistant. She is also Dermatology Certified through Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery.
Nathalie began her career six years ago after graduating in the 98th percentile from ATI College of Health Institute. Since graduating, Nathalie has had experience in pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology and dermatology, both in clinical and hospital settings.
Nathalie wants to continue her passion for helping and caring for her patients and wants to continue her education, becoming a registered nurse, specializing in skin cancer surgeries. She also has a passion for music and art and a love for reading.
Jacqueline graduated from ATI Career College of Health Institute in 2012; and is Nationally Registered as a Certified Medical Assistant through the National Association for Health Professionals and through the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatological Surgery. Jacqueline has worked in OB/GYN, Family medicine and at weight loss centers.
During her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music and reading books. Jacqueline is outgoing, confident, caring and very passionate in helping others.
Hanan is an eager learner and hard worker at Goodless Dermatology. Her goal is to provide 5-star service to our patients. Hanan is responsible for data entry and assisting with medical billing. She also helps with scheduling our patients and answering our very busy phones.
Hanan grew up in Celebration and is very passionate about traveling and enjoying Central Florida’s festivities.
